According to Tom Bogert of GiveMeSport, the Portland Timbers have agreed a fee with Independiente Medellin to acquire Colombia under-23 national team left-back Jimer Fory.

At the Timbers’ season-opening press conference on Jan. 16, Ned Grabavoy told media members that the club were still looking to strengthen their backline having already secured Ariel Lassiter, Joao Ortiz, and Kevin Kelsy this winter. With Fory, it looks as though he and Neville have found their man:
