Jonathan Rodriguez: You score two goals and add in an assist in an absolute demolition of another team? Heck yeah your stock is going up. Jona looked absolutely lethal in the first half against Nashville, and if we’re being honest he had all the chances in the world to finally break the hat trick duck. He didn’t, but that doesn’t hurt his stock in my opinion. Portland’s newest DP is now up to 11 goals and five assists on the season, and is starting to look every bit like the game-changer he was promised to be.

Santiago Moreno: It’s been a weird year for Santi, with inconsistencies defining a player who at one point looked like he was meant to lead Portland’s offense. With the DPs taking the reigns, Moreno has settled into a more supporting attacking role — and my goodness did he shine in that role on Sunday. He tallied two assists on Sunday, his second of which was just a thing of beauty:
