Hmm, I feel like they always start together. Kundananji plays more on the wing, and Oshoala more centrally. Almost every game I've seen of theirs (including their last game against Barcelona a couple days ago), they start next to each other.
What’s frustrating already is knowing how I’m going to have to scrounge for a replay of this. Don’t have Prime, too cheap to buy it, and no guarantee the league site will show it (it doesn’t for the games on CBS/Paramount…). So no idea if I’ll be able to write a post up for this one…
Given how last week’s 4-4-2 “worked”, well…maybe without Sinc it’s better.
Still see midfield as the potential problem, tho. Ken needs to organize it to have any hopes to evolve it from the primordial slime it looked like last week. Is our himbo learning..?
I kinda don't think Sinc will start honestly. Sophia will, and now we have 3 actual wingers healthy, and D'Aquila has also been stuck there (as much as I hate it.) Could Sinc come in to relieve Soph? I think that's more likely.
I'd start: Spaanstra Soph Turner... with Linnehan relieving one of the wingers (whoever is more active or maybe not as effective) and D'Aquila relieving Soph, provided we have a couple goals up and the game state allows for it. Importantly...subs need to be based on game state and not predetermined.
The Eternal Absence of Obaze remains a mystery. Did she refer to Coach Ken as “himbo” or something? What?
Broke the streak!
Is Sugita injured? If not, why isn't she starting?
To increase our chances of a loss or a draw that will leave all of us pounding our heads against walls or tables?
Yeah no way Sugita isn't the only other in-pen starter in that midfield besides Coffey...
The predicted line-up for BayFC is incorrect. It will be Dahlkemper instead of Beattie at center back.
Yeah agree. Also don't see how Kundananji doesn't start.
I think Oshoala and Kundananji are rarely on the field together. It might be that they are too similar; perhaps running the same channels?

I think you are probably correct. I just looked at stats on fbref and both have around 1,100 minutes played.
Rowland
Dydasco-Menges-Dahlkemper-Malinson
Pickett-Boade-Bailey
Hill-Oshoala-Kindananji
442? Wacky lineup. No Müller??? Not sure how I feel about Hubly running the line 😬
I guess they’re going all-in on the Olympians and giving them the start.
Wait! Just dropped;
Arnold
Payne-Hubly-Obaze-Reyes
Fleming-Sugita-Coffey-Moultrie
Smith-Spaanstra
This could be interesting!
Looks like Arnold in goal. As usual, the Thorns XI is still Classified.

It’ll show up on NWSL+! All games filter there, even if it takes a couple days.

I predict a nil-nil draw, as Ken refuses to not start Sinc.

Do you have a short blond wig and a snazzy suit? Maybe you could pass for Ken. It might improve the team's performance.
So 4-3-3?
Nooooo!
Okay, asked my magic 8 ball about the Return of SurrenderBall and it says "Too murky to tell"
I'm sanguine with the proposed PTFC lineup above. Of course I'd fiddle with it but am also not terribly smart.
