Taylor Porter
She played her college soccer at North Carolina State appearing in 85 games. The Wolfpack made the NCAA tournament three straight years from 2016-2018 with two Sweet 16 appearances.
After playing overseas, Taylor Porter was signed as a National Team Replacement Player in 2021 by Portland. Thanks to her endless hard work and determination, she has earned a roster spot.
Now in her third season with the Portland Thorns, the midfielder has been a part of the 2021 Women’s International Champions Cup, 2021 NWSL Shield, and 2022 NWSL Championship. Porter also tallied three goals during the 2022 season.

Stumptown Footy: What do you like to do on an off day?
Taylor Porter: Oh, I am a big reader. So I love just going to a coffee shop and reading in my spare time.
Stumptown Footy: How much did reading A Little Life make you cry?
Taylor Porter: Oh my god. I sobbed. I actually read it, before one of our flights early in the morning and I literally, because I was like two in the morning and I was sobbing, but I loved it so much. It's my favorite book.
